Deborah assisted a friend of mine during a difficult family crisis in which my friend had to sell a California family home from across the country. She accomplished all this despite technological and communication difficulties on the side of my friend’s family. Deborah made herself available to accommodate the family across multiple time zones. She was discreet in her communication and assistance to the family under challenging circumstances. Her professionalism, patience, and kind treatment of my friend and her family went above and beyond any expectations one could have of a realtor. She truly was an advocate for the family. The house received an above asking price on the day it was listed and closed two weeks later. This was an enormous relief to my friend and her family during a very difficult time in their life. Deborah’s expertise and understanding of the factors surrounding mountain home properties was incredibly helpful to my friend in making decisions about the house and sale. Deborah Hall is an excellent realtor. She is responsive to any questions and her knowledge of the area is excellent. Since I was an absentee owner and since my duplex needed repair in preparation to put it on the market, she referred me to an excellent contractor. Additionally, she kept other repairs going by hiring painters, handymen, plumbers, etc. After all the work was completed, my property was listed and it sold and closed within the first month. Deborah kept me informed almost daily during the entire process. Deborah's research, knowledge of the local market and her persistence in getting the repairs done was amazing.
