Local agents are the best
We chose Dee (Deborah Walters) because she posted a genuine bio online and emphasized that she grew up in the area, knows the local residents, other agents/brokers, and most importantly, the nuances of the local market. For many years, we tried listing/selling our properties with large commercial firms based in downtown Houston to no avail. Only she was able to help us. I would highly recommend her to anyone considering listing or buying a property, especially commercial land and/or complex properties.
