We could not recommend Debbie enough for your house hunt! She is a great listener, really wanting to understand what you’re looking for to continue to tailor your search. With her knowledge of northern Illinois, she is able to offer insight into great areas and types of housing as well as knowledge about styles/ages/general issues seen in homes. She is an effective communicator and is readily accessible to answer all questions/concerns/whatever you may have, to a point where I joked with her she needed a vacation because she works so hard and is always available. I originally called Debbie as a recommendation from her mother's friend because she has had experience with selling homes in that location. She was immediately available and we set up a mutual place to meet and discuss my mother's property. I was impressed with her immediate availability despite a busy market time. She took the time to listen to the needs of the sellers and after visiting the property made appropriate selling price recommendations by drawing up a market analysis. Her commission rate was also below her competition and she even absorbed a few other incidental costs along the way. She set us up with a professional attorney who also took the time to work with us on the sale of the house. Debbie was very prompt in returning phone calls and her expert knowledge of the realty field eventually led my brothers and I to sell my mother's home in a very timely fashion and for more than was originally discussed. Debbie was even in contact with us after the sale of the house to discuss some follow-up issues and questions that came up.
