Deborah Sumey. What can we say? We have known Deborah for 17 years yet had never worked with her. Her style is different than most realtors. When she says something, she means it. We decided to list our home and give the market a try. We agreed on a listing price and then Deborah helped us stage our home. We move some excess furniture out the way and left for 2 months. She warned us that all of a sudden things would happen, and was she ever right. The showings came one after the other and after 2 months Deborah called us and said we had a buyer with an offer. We worked with her late that evening and the next day we had an agreement. We came home and started to pack. Her encouragement and faith was awesome and she really cared about us and our desires.
