From the first draft of her description for the listing of our home to balancing the nuances of working on both our sale and purchase, she nailed it! She sold our home in only two weeks on the market and she found us the perfect penthouse condominium at Desert Island. Deborah also worked through numerous obstacles with a challenging buyer to get us a great sale price that was significantly above the market for our home. She also pulled off a simultaneous closing that allowed us to take advantage of the lowest interest rate mortgage we've every received in 40 years! She found us renters initially and then a buyer. She went the extra mile when negotiating all the 'stuff' involved in the sale. She arranged for house cleaners before we rented it. These things were all necessary because we live out of town, but she did it all with a smile.

She zeroed in on the types of properties we liked quite quickly, showed us a number of them, and when we were sold on one, she worked diligently to get us through a transaction with a difficult seller.  We were moved in three weeks after starting our search!

I was very thankful to have found Deborah Sanders, who was a tremendous help in the purchase of my condo in Rancho Mirage. From the start, she returned my phone calls promptly, was very knowledgeable and full of good suggestions.
