We would like to thank Deborah Samuel our wonderful real estate agent who helped us sell our longtime Goleta home of 52 years. Deborah was amazing with her skills to guide us as seniors through all the paperwork and disclosures required to sell a home. She brought us top price for our home and her skill to negotiate all the terms best for our sale was appreciated. Her team at SBSOS were so kind and gentle with packing and moving us to our new senior retirement community in Goleta.these ladies sure know how to take care of seniors and we are so grateful to have found their team. Thank you Deborah and Kelsey for helping our family. Bob and Ann Townsend
