My Husband and I live in NY and have been looking at properties in Palm Coast for about 11/2 years(Took so long as we could only get down to Fl once or twice a year). I was working with Deborah from the start of our search and she has been so helpful because of her extensive knowledge with the area, and was always on the look out for what we wanted. She was very patient, and so kind which was great as we would do last minute trips to Fl and she would always accommodate us to show us homes. We finally found a beautiful condo in Palm Cost last month, which we acquired through her diligent searching and we closed in 2 weeks! She then Was able to connect us with a property manager so we could rent the unit for a year until we are ready to fully move out of NY. All of her expertise and confidence made us so at ease with the transaction and we greatly appreciate her and all the wonderful people she had help us with the other aspects of buying and renting. Provided us with additional resources for all of our needs including home clean up teams, lawn mower services, even made recommendations for some special services that most people won’t ever need. She was highly recommended by other health care services when my dad couldn’t live alone any more
