My wife and I were looking for a Vacation home in the Orlando area. As we always do, we do our research before we dive into anything. So we looked around for recommended Realtors in that area. We always look for reviews because, people love to complain about anything. So reviews are the best place to start. We narrowed the search to 3 realtors to contact. I sent an email to all three. One had their lacky respond to me, one never responded, and one responded right away and set up a call to meet and greet that evening. That was Debi Roldan. After that Debi got to work. Debi was always on the look out for us of if anything came up as a new listing. She used her experience and years of knowledge to help us get the right bid in and use all kinds of methods during the process. She is amazing. Finally at the very end of June we bought our home. It was a home we really wanted. Without a doubt, this would not have happened without Debi. Not only is she an amazing realtor, she is an amazing human being.
