From the very beginning of meeting with Deb and valuing the home, through the many hurdles we faced in making the home marketable and the curveball we were thrown days before our scheduled closing, Deb was at our side the whole time. I think we have to be one of the hardest sales Deb ever made! Between buyers not wanting to produce documentation that they were qualified to make an offer, to constantly being out of town for offers, inspections going wrong and then, the house gets damaged from an unrelated fire - just about everything went wrong!
