Deborah listed our property on June 20, 2017 and we closed on the 7th of August. She was like white on rice through the whole process. When the escrow company was slow or unable to answer questions all we had to do is include her in the conversation and stuff got done ASAP. I can't say enough great things about Deborah, but here goes nothing... Deborah is incredibly knowledgeable about San Diego and its neighborhoods. When we decided to start looking outside the area we had lived for 14 years, her insight about a particular street or neighborhood was invaluable when we only had a handful of pictures to go from.
