Deb Redford is the most professional, and caring, Real Estate agent that I have ever had the pleasure to work with. Her attention to detail and responsiveness to questions/concerns is beyond reproach and is usually above and beyond all expectations.

We were so lucky to run into Deb at an open house. We moved to the area right before COVID-19 shut down everything in town. After we closed on our previous home in the DC area, we decided we were ready to look at homes. We emailed Deb on a weekend about a specific neighborhood and a house that we were interested in and expected to hear from her on the next business day. She contacted us approximately an hour later with an offer to show us the house that same day and the included the comps for the neighborhood. We took her advice about a local mortgage lender that offered amazing rates and got us pre-approved within 24 hours. She met us at the house totally stocked with masks, gloves, shoe booties, and hand sanitizer. Deb offered super advice about the comps and the value of house when we decided to make an offer because the house was overpriced for the market and had been sitting for about 60 days. She stage managed our entire house buying process from offer to closing during the height of the early COVID-19 shutdowns so that we closed on time and under budget in spite of a very challenging seller's agent. Because we wanted to make updates and repairs, but literally knew no one in town, she connected us with a broad array of vendors and craftsmen to complete our projects. Deb has also periodically checked in with us to make sure that we were still happy with our purchase and if she could help us with anything. Talk about service after the sale. We wouldn't use anyone else to buy or sell a house in Albuquerque!

It is not often that you come across a realtor that tells you what they can do and then does it. I think Deb is very hard working and dedicated to her clients. I appreciate Deb market knowledge conditions that effect the market. I would not hesitate to use Deb in the future if she was available, It was such a pleasure working with Deb.

Deb did a great job from beginning to end. She explained the process and what she believed we needed to do to sell our home, and what she would do to sell our home. She was extremely helpful getting the house ready to sell. She was responsive to us and our buyers agent, even though the buyers agent was difficult to work with. She stayed “Kindly aggressive” throughout negotiations. She’s a great communicator. I believe her advice saved us money. The house sold in 2 days!
