We first met Deborah when she was our agent for the purchase of this home back in 2008. My wife and I were new to the area, so we requested she show us homes with a potential to gain value. We had other concerns like good schools for our children, and an area that was safe for us to live. Debbies vast knowledge of the central Florida Real estate coupled with her experience and genuine concern for her clients was proven time and time again. When it was time for me to retire and sell our house I didn’t hesitate to ask Debbie to be our listing agent. Her professionalism was evident she kept us informed every step of the way. She even arranged for and met contractors on our behalf in order to address minor concerns of potential buyers. In the end our house was sold in record time, we made a bout a 27% profit over the original purchase price.
