Debbie made each part of the process as easy for us as possible. She was an incredible negotiator with both ends of buying and selling. Debbie went above and beyond for us, even going down to city hall to look up records for our purchase! She's genuine, tough when she needs to be, and so very very kind. Coming into this process of buying a house and selling our condo, we were nervous to choose an agent because we'd had a few less than ideal experiences in the past. As soon as we met Debbie, all those fears were put to rest. After the past few months working together I can honestly say I think we've built a lasting friendship with her too.
