We HIGHLY recommend Deb Mara for any real estate transaction. She came highly recommended from a trusted friend and Deb far exceeded our expectations. She did much more than simply list and show our house. She consulted us on how to prepare to make the best presentation before listing. She strategized the perfect day and time to list for our market and priced us for exactly what we wanted to do. She listened to our concerns and took our family life into consideration when planning weather or not to have an open house and how often to show. We moved out before the sale completed, her advice and council continued for weeks after we moved out. Deb used her influence and reputation to help smooth out the home certification process and navigate relations with the buyers. Her advice and leadership were so valuable. What she was able to accomplish and in the time frame we were working, nothing short of a miracle.
