Debbie had great market knowledge on housing prices of homes compared to the home i was selling in my immediate area. She checked out other open houses to see what my competition was like. She offered great feedback on what to do to make the house more attractive to buyers in the current market and helped price the home accuratley. I had no idea the amount of effort it takes as a real estate agent to market, get the house staged, pictures taken etc and Debbie made it all look so easy. If you want a great agent , use Deb!

Debbie was always friendly and very knowledgeable about the area we purchased in. She knew what to keep an eye out for when looking at homes and how to keep us moving along when she thought we could find something better. She was always responsive to our home inquiries and always on top of sending in offers in a timely manner. Once we had an offer accepted, she was super crucial in helping identify what would need to be done to the home in order to satisfy our FHA loan requirements.
