We haven’t bought or sold property in nearly 30 years so really were knew to the current practices of selling a home. We were so fortunate in finding Deborah. She was a real joy to work with through the entire process. She clearly explained the process and followed through with all the unbelievable details. Kept in almost daily contact with suggestions, recommendations and updates. Her insight was very valuable to us. Provided the rationale for setting a listing price and it was right on. Once we had cleared and cleaned the house, she posted the listing on the major sites. Essentially sold the house on the first weekend with two scheduled open houses. And then negotiated a final selling price well above the listing. We are truly impressed by Deborah’s skills and talents in the real estate market. She was so gentle and patient with us- we needed a lot of support. Our children who participated in the event were also very impressed with her skills and attention to the details.
