Once again, Deborah Harper delivers!!

How do I begin? I have worked with Deborah before. My sisters and I were tasked with selling my parent's home. I knew Deborah was the agent I wanted to handle the transaction. My sisters and I wanted to list the home higher than what Deborah recommended based upon what we were seeing with similar listings on-line, but we trusted Deborah's expertise. Long story short - multiple offers once the listing hit the market, at the end of the week (7 days) we had the listing under contract at a similar if not higher listing price that we saw for other similar homes.
