Deborah has a rich background in real estate and she knows her space in the area. We're very luck she was able to sold our house within one open house and was able to close and settle with the buyer in a timely manner lol actually a bit too fast where the new house wasn't built yet and we need to rent back more than 2+ months. I would totally recommend Deborah to any new buyers/sellers and always give good recommendation on how to sell the house quicker. Actually my husband and I are working with Deborah to sell and buy another investment as we know we can always count on her for an honest feedback. Plus she always have our back given our current situation and she will work around any challenge situation you're dealing with. Looking forward to work with Deborah on more investments.
