We drove many miles and saw many house in many different cities over several months. Coming from California each time, Debbie carved out her whole day to show us as many as 10 to 15 houses each day we were in Tennessee. Not once did she say it's too many houses to see or make any comments that she was tired. She was on time each morning and pushed through each day with us and always made sure we had water and took us to lunch to make sure we eat and weren't hungry. Debbie really goes out her way to help you even though you are not even in the state. She does things that sometimes didn't relate to her job but still would find someone to get us the answers to our questions. She really went our her way a lot times to make sure we were taken care of. We would like to thank Debbie and all the people that help her make sure her clients are well taken care of through the whole process. I don't even know where to start! First, let me say that I am also an Agent, and I have very high expectations when working with other agents on my behalf. As a resident of CA for almost 50 years, we decided we needed to make a change, and although I can't retire quite yet, we wanted to start setting roots where we wanted to ultimately settle. I was looking in the Clarksville area, and ran across Debbie on Instagram. I felt a connection on many levels- she also came from CA, so was familiar with this transition. She is a woman of faith and shared values. She is genuine and kind. We came on a short exploratory mission, and we were clear that we may not be quite ready to buy, but Debbie still took so much time out of her schedule to show us homes, and talk to us about the community, the neighborhoods, etc. to make sure we understood everything. We decided on a new-build home which increased her workload for us ten-fold. During the 4 month process, Debbie had to be our eyes and ears throughout it all. Not one time did we ever feel that she was too busy to take care of everything, even though I know she was working with quite a few other clients simultaneously. She was kind and patient through all of it, and had to answer a lot of "extra" questions from me because things are done much differently here than in CA. I could not be more appreciative, and would not hesitate to recommend Debbie to anyone looking in the mid-Tennessee area. Can I give 10 stars??

Contacted Debbie while still living in IA to advise we’d be moving in 6-9 mos to TN. She was awesome in checking in with us plus answering questions before the move.
