Debbie went above and beyond from our very first interaction. She took the time to understand exactly what our family needed and guided us with incredible knowledge, care, and professionalism throughout the entire process. Since we were moving from out of state, she constantly visited locations for us, FaceTimed, and sent pictures so we could make informed decisions with confidence. When we flew to Tennessee to tour homes, everything was perfectly organized, from detailed home packets to a thoughtfully planned route that made the best use of our time. We had spoken with other realtors before Debbie, and none came close to her level of dedication and motivation. We truly cannot say enough good things about her. She has become like family.
We found Debbie through her instagram page for relocating families from California to Tennessee and felt she was describing all the reasons why we wanted to move to Tennessee and felt connected so quickly. Our first trip out looking at homes in July we had Debbie looking at almost all of middle Tennessee it felt like, she was patient and helped us understand all the different aspects of the homes and areas and she always had a smile on her face! I don't even know where to start! First, let me say that I am also an Agent, and I have very high expectations when working with other agents on my behalf. As a resident of CA for almost 50 years, we decided we needed to make a change, and although I can't retire quite yet, we wanted to start setting roots where we wanted to ultimately settle. I was looking in the Clarksville area, and ran across Debbie on Instagram. I felt a connection on many levels- she also came from CA, so was familiar with this transition. She is a woman of faith and shared values. She is genuine and kind. We came on a short exploratory mission, and we were clear that we may not be quite ready to buy, but Debbie still took so much time out of her schedule to show us homes, and talk to us about the community, the neighborhoods, etc. to make sure we understood everything. We decided on a new-build home which increased her workload for us ten-fold. During the 4 month process, Debbie had to be our eyes and ears throughout it all. Not one time did we ever feel that she was too busy to take care of everything, even though I know she was working with quite a few other clients simultaneously. She was kind and patient through all of it, and had to answer a lot of "extra" questions from me because things are done much differently here than in CA. I could not be more appreciative, and would not hesitate to recommend Debbie to anyone looking in the mid-Tennessee area. Can I give 10 stars??

Contacted Debbie while still living in IA to advise we’d be moving in 6-9 mos to TN. She was awesome in checking in with us plus answering questions before the move. As an older couple it was nerve wracking moving to a state we’d never even visited! Debbie knew the area well and helped formulate a plan to look at homes. Her utter patience with are home preferences, professionalism and RE knowledge was impressive. Once we found a home she worked with our Lender and made the closing and transition painless. So thankful for her positive attitude and making us feel like clients not just another sale!!

While in Germany, she walked me through every home, their flaws and pros, and made suggestions when asked. She got me the best deal and sourced inspectors and the lender for me.
