I was in New Hampshire when 2 condominium units became available, and because of Debi's experience and dedication, she went to the units on 2 occasions, walked slowly through each unit while FaceTiming me in during the tour, and gave me the correct recommendation on which of the 2 units I should purchase, and told me what I should offer for the one she judged to be the more suitable one for me. She also made arrangements for the Home Inspection and was present at the home inspection since I was still in New Hampshire at the time. Also, after the sale was complete and after I had moved in, she drove me to the Duval County Tax Office downtown Jacksonville to apply for the Homesteaders exemption, which was well above what she would have been required to do. I sincerely recommend her for anyone who is looking for purchasing a new home and/or selling their existing home.
