A simple review cannot describe how much extra effort Deborah put into selling this and another house. My cousin died when this house was about to close and the other was on the market. She left no will, and as her personal representative, I inherited a mess. Deborah not only helped me navigate through the mess (which included issues with the titles of both houses, gas leaks, electrical problems, extended delays with obtaining legal forms, a tenant who had no other place to live, etc.), she offered moral support and advice throughout the entire process. She wasn't only an agent; she was a therapist and guru. Plus, she made herself available after hours and on weekends, and while I was throwing up my hands, she remained calm, assuring me that everything would work out. And everything did. The commissions she received could not possibly compensate her for all the work she put in. And some things, like moral support, have immeasurable value.
