As a first time home buyer I was nervous that I was going to get taken advantage of by the broker. So I went into the experience with my guard up, but was rather quickly reassured by Deborah that she was acting in our best interest vs pushing us to make a quick decision to collect her commission. This was most evident in that she was willing / able to explain the process in great detail to us without being overwhelming. Quickly after our first meeting, I looked at Deborah more as a teacher that happened to be our broker too. I couldn't recommend her enough for anyone looking to purchase / sell a property in her area.
