First I’d like to state that I’m not personal friends with Deborah Citarella, or am affiliated with her or Coldwell Banker in any way. I am merely someone who was fortunate enough to choose Deborah as our realtor to handle the sale of my mother’s home after she passed away. I was the executor of the estate living out-of-state 4 hours away, but Deborah quickly proved herself as an extremely competent realtor who could be entrusted to handle every aspect of the listing and sale process. My siblings and I met with a few realtors before deciding to go with Deborah, and within a few minutes of our initial meeting, we knew she was the agent to list the home with.She met with us at the house fully prepared with effective sales strategies. She also had with her a complete packet of research of the current market value of my mom’s house, as well as every single house in a 2-block radius of my mom’s house. She provided us with similar comps of several other homes in the same town. She is extremely knowledgeable of the real estate market in the county. She showed up at our initial meeting ready to work for us – even before we decided to go with her. This woman exuded confidence, experience and the ability to make things happen. She offered invaluable advice, had excellent resources, has an excellent report with others in the real estate market field (home inspector, home appraiser, contractors, town hall, mortgage lender, real estate attorney, etc.) which proved to be a huge asset.It was a 5 star experience working with Deborah Citarella. Choosing to work with her was the best decision we made when selling my mother’s home. Deborah was great to work with and went above and beyond for us. The house sold for over the listing price, and in a very short time frame.If you're looking for a professional, experienced, knowledgeable real estate agent who is sharp, trustworthy, and truly exceptional at what they do, I highly recommend Deborah.
