We had initially engaged with another Realtor, the guy who is guaranteed to sell your home or they buy it....what a mess. Deborah was recommended to us and after a thorough evaluation of our home, couple of Open Houses it was sold in a short time at a reasonable price. We also had a very odd issue where a previous mortgage pays off was not recorded with the county, almost 20 years ago, what a mess, Deborah went above and beyond to assist in getting it cleared.

I hear it is a familiar story – we weren’t really looking to move, but we were just checking out some Open House on a few Sundays. It was mostly just for fun to check-out different homes. Most of the realtors at the Open Houses were very “pushy / salesy”. Then one Sunday, we met Deborah at an Open House that she was hosting for a fellow realtor. We connected right away with Deborah. It’s hard to explain, but she is just one of those people with really good energy. We started working with Deborah the following week as we placed an offer on the Open House home that she was hosting. I could literally write a book about the challenges we encountered over the four months from June – September 2017. We had buyers pull-out, sellers pull-out, comical inspection requests (including a request to fix a doorbell that worked intermittently), issues with lawyer responsiveness, issues with buyers mortgage, and on and on. (There was a time when I considered FSBO, but Deborah helped me realize the true value of a good realtor. ) Throughout the ENTIRE process, Deborah was a rock star. Every challenge, she would hit head on and take ownership to get resolved. Even issues that weren’t her responsibility, she would chase down whomever needed to be contacted and drive the issues to resolution. Deborah is ALWAYS available and responsive to our needs. We had text/calls with her as early as 730am and as late as 11 pm. In July, Deborah had a family vacation planned to Hawaii. I felt guilty but amazed at how responsive Deborah was, even in Hawaii. She joined calls and responded to emails at 4am her time (she insisted she couldn’t sleep anyway). Deborah is also a great baker – make sure you ask her for a batch of her homemade cookies! AMAZING EXPERIENCE! Do not even think twice about using Deb - I used her summer 2018 to purchase a home and sell a home, and couldn't have been happier with her.
