This was our second time looking for a house with the Deborah, so we already knew we were in great hands. We were a little nervous with this purchase as the home was a bit neglected as the homeowner was sick but we loved the space and saw much potential. It was definitely an almost flip and so much more to do but we got it for a steal in a great area and town.
