I cannot recommend Deborah enough. My mother and myself ended up with the impossible situation of having to sell our property that my father had ran for many years after his sudden passing. Being on lockdown due to the Covid pandemic we were stuck in the UK with no way of getting to the US. We had no idea what we were doing with regards to real estate, selling etc. Deborah took care of literally everything and went above and beyond the call of duty. She was extremely proactive and quick off the mark. I am sure some of the things she helped with were not in her job description and were not expected of her yet that didn't stop her from magically solving problems which seemed very difficult from so far away. She made it possible for us to sell our villa in less than a month during a global pandemic from another country when the main named owner was no longer with us. Deborah also provided much needed reassurance after we were given very worrying 'information' from others about the sale and has proved herself to be on point with her up-to-date knowledge and expertise. Deborah made an extremely difficult and worrying time so much easier and 10 times less stressful than we had imagined. Every time we thought a problem had cropped up, Deborah would usually already have the solution - and in the rare event she didn't, she would find it in a matter of hours at most. If you are looking for someone who is perceptive, friendly, reassuring, problem-solving, professional, competent, knowledgeable and prompt - you need Deborah!

Everything was managed in a timely manner all documents were correct and completed promptly. Her negotiating skills are second to none we recieved the full asking price for the property. We maintained contact with Deborah for about a year after meeting her at an open house. When we came to Florida we met in-person and arranged for a tour to get a feel for the housing market.
