Hoping to purchase a condominium in the Fort Lauderdale area, we were fortunate to be referred to Deborah Carr by a highly regarded, seasoned real estate agent in our area. Deborah made a great effort in search of a condo that met our specifications, finding exactly what we were looking for and managing to show it remotely to us in detail. Buying a condominium during the pandemic could have been very challenging, but having Deborah was a life saver, she facilitated all the necessary details required for the purchasing, closing and also recommended professional services that were required for purchasing the property. After the purchase, Deborah has been going out of her way to prepare the condo for our occupancy. In conclusion, Deborah exceeded all expectations we had from a real estate agent and we would highly recommend her without reservation.
Deborah is a seasoned, experienced agent who was a true partner as I was trying to sell a modest condo in The Townships belonging to my deceased aunt's estate. I live 3 hours away so I had no "presence" on the ground and Deborah stepped up and did whatever I needed. An HVAC unit failed: she found me 3 contractors, gave me input on each, and then supervised the work to make sure it was done right. Then I decided to convert the former second bedroom (which my aunt had made into an office with LOTS of built-ins) back to a conventional second bedroom). Again, she gave me 3 names, offered her input, made sure my choice had the right permits and supervised the entire project from start to finish. And then, miracle of miracles, when the listing "went live" we had a full-price offer in 4 days. The closing was complicated by issues with the management companies at the Townships and the particular "Village" the condo was in and Deborah worked on that. The key here is that she'd lived in The Townships, new how the "systems" worked. and was an advocate for me. And she can be really "tough" when the situation demands it, yet doesn't "blow things up" in the process. The transaction was <$150k and Deb earned every penny of her fee. She is the only realtor to whom I've ever sent flowers after a closing: good, high quality artificial flowers that she'll enjoy for a long time. She is the best realtor, bar none, that I have ever worked with...and she was a real blessing to me during the hard and frustrating process of settling the estate.

I had the need to find a home rather quickly and Deborah was very accommodating with the process. She was available as needed and had a vast knowledge of the market. She new immediately of the subdivisions I should look at and she aided me with the search for lenders, painters and all the subcontractors I needed.
