She reached out to me after an online referral, and after taking some info, we were off to great start. Because lived out of town, she was gracious enough to take lots of photos for me for the first place I attempted to buy. She really went above and beyond, and I knew that she would be the one to help me find my new home. We looked at a few places together, and each time, she printed out the MLS listings that gave details along with highlights. She worked around my schedule, and it paid off because I found my spot thanks to her negotiating skills.
