Deborah Cain is a licensed real estate agent with MID-LAND REALTORS. Deb has held the designation of Realtor since 2013 and green since 2019. Deb is a rubber band kid to Midland, she was born in Rhode Island moved to Midland then moved to Xenia, Ohio then back to Midland then Marquette for college then moved to Chicago, and finally back to Midland to stay. During those bounce backs, she graduated from Bullock Creek High School, Northern Michigan University and Leadership Midland.
While Deb will work with all clients, her specialties are first-time home buyers and property management. With the first-time home buyers, Deb’s passion is helping them find houses that will become homes and the base for a lifetime of memories. To achieve this, she starts by listening to what the client is saying both verbally and non-verbally and then puts an active plan in motion. It is not her goal to place her clients in a bigger more expensive home for a bigger paycheck, no, she wants to find the one home that solves more than a housing issue for her client but also the home for their future.
For property management, she will help the local or distant property owner keep their property rented and maintained. The office services range from just finding a new renter to completed management of the property to include yard maintenance and those late-night calls for a stuck toilet or down furnace.
