Debbie helped me to sell my condo in RI after I bought my house in December 2020. As a homeowner, I was familiar with the process of buying a house, but not with the process of selling. Debbie guided me to sell my condo. I provided her all the contact information from the Condo Association, and she took it from there. She hired a professional photographer to create an attractive display of my unit. In the first Open House, there were several prospects who were interested in the unit. After one Open House, I received three offers within my expectations and the closing was completed within 30 days. Selling my condo was a stress-free process thanks to Debbie's skills and knowledge. I really appreciate her effort to sell my unit and I highly recommend her.

Deb went above and beyond to assist us in our search to find a house that was exactly what we were looking for. She was a great advocate for us and communicated with the seller's agent and our loan officer to address any issues that arose during the purchase and closing process. We don't plan on buying another house any time soon because we love the house we are in, but I wouldn't hesitate to use her again or to recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.
