Deborah did an excellent job all around when having to sell a house I needed to sell thru a family members estate. From the initial presentation and package outlining comps and price points thru the final closing Deborah was always prepared and professional. Where she stood out the most though was in going above and beyond what is normally expected. Since I lived a couple of hours away from the house she helped stage it including a thorough cleaning. She helped change locks on the basement when needed and also helped with removing trash and extra furniture. All done without any hesitation. I could not of been happier with the experience.
