She went above and beyond to get the best possible, option for us, she did a thoroughly review of the property, the area, the comparables, the market, to offer us the best selling strategy. She guided us step by step throughout the entire process, without putting pressure on us. She took the time to make sure we were working as a team preparing the house for sale. She gave us a list of tasks to perform, then she came home and did a walk thru with us to inspect for details that we could have missed, she helped us rearrange certain things to look better, then she gave us options for pictures and video, giving us her input. We followed her advice, then she made the best strategy to sell the house: -Made sure the pictures and video were high quality. -Made a website dedicated to our home -Made viral online -Took the time to do an open house per two days in a row -Gathered all the offers, tabulate them and compared them to make easier for us to sit with her and study them. - Make sure we were comfortable and safe through the whole contract, closing path. -Helped us to find a good place to move into where we comfortable.
