Debora Obert is the consummate professional. She is not only exceptionally skilled at negotiation, she is incredibly knowledgable about every aspect of the real estate business. She is also kind, compassionate, supportive, and extremely hard-working. She constantly went above and beyond, and she actually made the entire process FUN. I have bought and sold many houses in my life, and it has never been an enjoyable experience. Until Debora Obert. If you are looking for the best real estate agent in the business, look no further than Debora Obert. She did an incredible job for me, getting me much more for my home than I thought possible. She was a great partner, and I always felt she was in my corner.

I am so happy we found Debra when we decided to sell our home. She is extremely knowledgeable about her business and is an exceptional communicator. My husband was hospitalized during this time and Debra went above and beyond to make the experience go as smoothly as possible. She was so kind to us. And with her advice we sold the house for more than I could have imagined. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who has a home to sell. Before choosing a real estate agent, as a professional (lawyer) I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the location of the property, and who would be able to interact with my on a professional level and make an intelligent decision about values, listing prices, help with negotiations, etc. The decision to hire Deb was the absolute best decision I could have made. I spoke with Deb and then met with her at the home I was selling. She spent hours wit me looking at the home, answering my questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes have recently sold, how long listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. When I saw the house listing, I was blown away. Deb's hard work to make the home presentable; and then meeting with each Buyer's agent and Buyer (it was an estate home being sold so there was a lot of personal property in the home) really paid off - the listing looked amazing and knocked out the competition. We ha multiple offers, over the list price with in the first few hours after the initial showing. he second buyer that saw the property put in an offer. I know I made the right decision, when another relator, who lived in the neighborhood made the comment the house was priced too high. I think he learned his lesson when the house sold for over the list price. The house went under contract with a few days. Deb did all that was necessary to meet with the inspectors, appraisers, etc. She stayed present throughout the entire process right up to the closing. I will always recommend Deb and her team to everyone I know. She was the consummate professional and a genuinely nice person. I realize it won't always be this easy to sell a home, but I think you'd be hard pressed to find a better Realtor than Debora Obert !!

Debora was all I could have asked for in a person helping me to find the perfect home. Especially as I was coming from out of the area, she went above board to help me find a home. Between constant updates, FaceTime showings, knowing the area exceptionally well, she not only was a fantastic agent but also became a good friend.
