I met Debi 6 years ago from a listing I found here on zillow. The home she showed me I ended up not liking or the many other we looked at over time. I was waiting for the right home as it was going to be my first to own. We looked at some many houses my head would spin. Then I was reluctant to buy a home from time to time. As a first time homebuyer in a hot market, buying a home - during a pandemic - could have been frustrating and overwhelming. Debi made this journey anything but! Debi handled the sale of our condo in the Pearl District. She was extremely knowledgeable about current market conditions and recent sales activities. We had a lot of confidence that she would help us a lot with the marketing of the unit. That was just the beginning, though. She prepped the marketing, lined up interested parties, and generally hit the ground running when the unit was listed. We had an acceptable offer very quickly, due entirely to her pre-work. She was very candid with respect to the parts of the offer that weren't sensible, and gave us a strong position on our counter-offer, which was accepted. Then the real work began, and she handled many of the paperwork details related to the offer and preparations for closing, which is complicated for a condominium. We were very lucky to have had Debi as our agent during this. I can't imagine us having a better outcome, all due to her.
