There are real estate agents, then there is Debi Rabbito. From the moment I met Debi she was eager to offer her help and assistance to me in any way she possibly could. Once I was ready to purchase, Debi was jumping on every house I liked offering me sound, solid advice. She was notorious for saying "I'm on it" reassuring me my dream house would just come along. She knew exactly what price point my offer should be, she knew every area I was looking at, she zoomed viewings for me (I was in NY), she ran comps -- the amount of tireless hours that Debi put into helping me find my dream home was endless. She always did it with excitement in her voice and a smile that came through the phone wires. She also would take my calls later in the evening and early in the morning -- she never made me feel like I was a burden -- even though I called her SO many times a day. Debi always made me feel like I was the only one. She never rushed me or brushed me away. She had an incredible repertoire with many real estate agents we dealt with which made negotiating and inquiring about homes so much easier. I truly don't have enough amazing adjectives to describe the type of person and ethical and knowledgeable realtor Debi is. Once we found my dream home, she helped me through the contract process, the inspection process, the insurance process, the HOA process -- I'm not exaggerating -- Debi was there for it all. Never has an agent I've dealt with in the past done a quarter of what Debi did for me. I highly recommend you hiring Debi to be on your team because that's what it is to Debi a TEAM. She is with you from start to finish and still has reached out to me now that I'm settled in my dream home. Hiring Debi will be the best decision you can make. She will take care of you as if you're her own family. Thank you Debi for all you did to make mine and my daughter's dreams come true. If you need a realtor, you have to go with Debi. Very quick to respond via text or email and always available via phone call too. She was great at negotiating with the sellers I bought from. I would 100% use her again if I need to buy or sell in the future. Easy 5 stars!
