My wife and I have had the opportunity to relocate 5 times during my 38 year career with 3M. Our relocation to Florida was a personal choice, though I have yet to retire. This has by far been the best relocation that we have experienced. Once we had decided on the West Coast of Florida, Debi provided us with a summary of the region from Tampa down to Naples. We had several phone calls prior to our first visit. Debi wanted to know what was important to us, ie recreational activities, food, transportation, geographic and economical, etc. She also helped us to decide if we wanted to be in a gated community, stand alone home, or condominium. All of these discussions were designed to help her plan out our first onsite visit to Florida. We were able to take several trips to Florida over the course of 8 months and during that time we were able to select multiple locations and two different builders that we were excited about. She worked diligently with each builder to determine which property would have the first available lot, and helped steer us to the builder of choice. She has to this day, been the conduit between us and the builder. Even as of today, she taken the time to send us photos of our lot, as our property is being developed. Debi is very thorough in her approach to helping her clients find the right home. There was never any guessing or disappointments, and there was never a negative moment, even after we had "changed" our minds in our prioritization process. The house that we are building now is our dream home. We do not expect to move again. However, if for some reason, we were to move again, I would have no hesitation about Debi selling our home and regardless of where we would be moving to, of having her recommend another ReMax Realtor if we moved out of Florida. The experience was so positive that I referred Debi to a family member who also purchased a home (new construction) with her. Here market knowledge is second to none!
