Debi was proactive and helpful during and after sale

Debi knew our area well and was always accessible and prompt with her replies to our questions and concerns. She also did not push us to do unnecessary updates to our home which enabled us to focus on other tasks at hand. She was proactive in following up with agents after showings. When there was a lull in viewings, she gave good guidance on adjusting our price and approach. As we were moving abroad, she also saw to it that all title and closing related paperwork on our end was completed prior to our departure and closing happened smoothly with us being far away. Also, in past real estate transactions, both in buying and selling, I have experienced agents "disappearing" as soon as their main duties were fulfilled, but Debi, even after closing, has helped us square aware matters state-side while keeping in touch with us in a very different timezone. We highly recommend her and woud gladly have her as our agent again.
