A graduate of Michigan State’s highly acclaimed Interior Design program (B.A.), Debi’s career was in the corporate world designing showrooms for a Fortune 500 company in major design centers on the east coast. Debi brings the skills she learned in this role—an innate understanding of marketing goals, deadlines, balancing multiple projects at once, and overseeing budgets—to her real estate career. Debi creates a home staging plan for sellers to improve the marketability of their home and helps buyers see the modifications possible to make a house uniquely theirs. Many vetted contractors are in Debi’s arsenal to help her clients achieve their unique goals. If you choose to build a new home, Debi has experience in new construction as well.
Being a lifelong learner, Debi has earned multiple designations and accreditations. These include Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Seller Representation Specialist (SRS), Accredited Buyer’s Representative (ABR), Pricing Strategy Advisor (PSA), and Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES).
