Debbie has been nothing short of a life saver when it came to buying a home and selling our home all at the same time. To say we were stressed was an understatement, but Debbie made the whole process easy and basically held our hand the entire way (which is exactly what I needed). She answered every phone call and texts immediately which is a very big deal for us. She recommended painters, HVAC services and lenders and they were all great. She was able to answer every question we had and had a lot of knowledge about the buying and selling process. We not only sold our house quickly and got everything we asked for, but we found a home that next weekend that we absolutely love and cannot wait to move into.
