Our experience with Debby McCain was fantastic! She was so knowledgeable with so many details overall, but specifically for our VA loan. She helped us is so many ways and really felt as though she was apart of our family after the many months of home hunting. She shows care and thoughtfulness about the things that we wanted, and the things that matter. She has heart for this career. Overall we trust her, she's fair to us as buyers but saw her extend her values to the sellers as well. We've recommended our friends and family to Ms Debby. Debby was an amazing help. Going into the journey of becoming a first time home owner I was completely clueless on what to do and she explained everything to me in a way that was very easy to understand. I work difficult hours that didn’t always allow me to be contacted during the normal work day and she worked around my schedule and was always responsive irregardless of the time of day. We bought our home during the midst of COVID-19 lockdown and she did the research and found a way to allow us to see the house and do multiple walkthroughs. Debbie was fantastic to work with. She knew right from the beginning what we would need to do and directed us through each step. She even painted a large deck so the appraisal would pass. She was very knowledgeable of the VA process, of the area, of the process and negotiating skills to get the seller to accept buying a lot of the closing fees. She was great all around and very friendly. She also responded very quickly to our questions and when things needed to be handled in order to move to the next level of the purchase.

Debby is by far the most amazing realestate agent I've ever worked with. Debby took her time to educate us through the entire transaction. Debby drove over a hour round trip to meet us for important documents. She is there when u have questions and concerns. I'll use Debby for future realestate transaction exclusively!!!!!
