We did not know just how good Debby and Artie Hill are. The initial visit provided some information about the house. Debby and Artie came back in a few days with some great information regarding the possible price that we could ask for the house. This was based on comparable properties. Carolyn and I needed to move to an independent living facility which would leave the house unoccupied. We had some concern regarding that. Well, that was a concern which we should not have had. Debby and Artie literally took over the responsibility of our house. Their listing of the house online was excellent. The advertising of the house was excellent with all necessary information contained in the listing. While we were unable to be at the house, Artie assumed the day to day management of our property. He saw to it that everything was taken care of. He checked on the house frequently and met with yard service employees and actually went to the house and checked on everything. Artie actually went to the house with his leaf blower and blew leaves from the main entrance and the deck to make it acceptable to any possible purchasers. We had a plumbing problem and Artie met with our plumber and saw to it that everything was corrected. Carolyn and I were amazed at the attention that Artie gave our property. Artie was so very helpful, Carolyn and I could not believe the things that he handled for us. Carolyn and I are in our early eighties and just could not do what Artie took care of. I have told Debby and Artie that the normal realtor could not have done for us what they did for us and how much we appreciated their efforts. You just do not find a team like Debby and Artie Hill. They are just great and have become good friends. I just do not know what we would have done without them|||
