BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!!!

First let me say I was an out-of-town customer. Met Debbie Williams when we pulled up to the first house we looked at. Her professionalism and honesty on each property was REFRESHING. A few weeks had gone by and we found another house and with her suggestion made an offer. We ended up closing not far from our original offer. Which was quite a bit off their original asking $$$$. We live 2 hours away and are making an investment purchase for our son attending the local University in her area. She then wrote the most sincere, thoughtful note to my son & gave to him upon closing. :) Couple more weeks have gone by...Then I needed some help finding the internet provider at this location.... LISTEN TO WHAT DEBBIE DID FOR US :) The provider location was closed in 2 different cities they had told us to go to, to pick up equipment. I called Debbie to see if she knew of anyone at said provider. WHAT DID SHE DO? She went and tracked down the location (after 4 stops) and finally found the location and knew the guy behind the counter and SOMEHOW managed to get the equipment we needed....THEN what did she do? SHE DROVE IT TO OUR HOUSE THAT SHE SOLD US (approx. 30 miles away) and placed said equipment on our door for my son to be able to hook up the internet. :) WOW!! Just WOW! Debbie Williams went ABOVE & BEYOND what anyone in the service business has ever done for me. Debbie he has restored my faith in humans; her kindness, willingness to help us in our time of need will NEVER BE FORGOTTEN. Whether you are out of towner or a local customer wanting to buy a piece of property I just want you to know that DEBBIE WILLIAMS will go ABOVE & BEYOND and make your real estate experience the best it can be.
