ot only did Debbie help me place my home on the market, she also used her talent to help me stage the home to present it better for a faster sale. She has a keen eye on how a home should look befor e placing it on the market. I did not realize how many extra pieces of furniture and pictures I had in each room! When the extras were eliminated for staging the home for pictures, on-line video and the open house the rooms and space looked so much better. Her knowledge of the current market was spot on and every bit of advice she gave me ended up helping me sell the home faster than others in the same area.
