We worked with Debbie in the past so we contacted her again. She did not seem excited about our beautiful home. She wanted to list for way under the value. It sold in 6 hours for more than she suggested. Another agent sold our home. That agent was in love with our home. Loved it the minute she walked in our door Debbie did not seem happy about the sell. Barely said thanks for the listing. She didn't give us a card or gift at closing (not that we needed it) it's just unusual. A little disappointed with our experience.

Thank you for your heartfelt feedback. While I do understand every seller wants top dollar for their beloved home the market is what dictates and drives suggested listing prices based on factual past and current sales/comps of similar homes. During the lending process, the Appraisals become the checks and balance system to dictate the current value of the home. In this particular instance, the appraisal is what ultimately drove the price back down to what was in line with the market value. My goal with every client is for them to have a wonderful experience and I appreciate the opportunity you have provided for me to see what I can do to better to educate my clients throughout the process. With the market hostility causing economic shock over the past couple years, it can be challenging but I assure you I will continue to work towards achieving excellence.
