When it came time to sell our house, unbeknownst to us, we discovered that renters had trashed it. It was as disheartening a situation as you could imagine, and we were embarrassed to even have Debbie come look at it. We were at a loss. But when Debbie walked into that horrible situation, she displayed a confidence and calmness that had us reassured and believing that we could get through it. She knew who to call to get the trash cleaned out, and within a few days of signing with Debbie and getting the listing online, the house was sold, with it closing just two weeks after that! Debbie was in constant communication with us, letting us know exactly what was happening and what we should expect next. Again, her confidence and knowledge put us completely at ease during the entire process. She took what appeared to be an impossible situation for us and turned it around into a positive experience in getting the house sold. Debbie is an amazing realtor . She is phenomenal at her job. Great communication always available to speak with us if we had any questions. So much patience and understanding. Was not pushy at all. Making sure we were always in the loop and not left out in the dark. So friendly and so kind. We never felt like a burden or like a customer. My experience with Debbie was truly wonderful 💖 , she was there for me 💯, took me by the hand and guided me in very way. being a single, older, woman 👩, I asked for first time homeowner down payment assistance and was told I didn't need it 🤔 go figure but was able to make the payment. Debbie let me know what was a good offer and when other realtor was not being honest I trust the people on Debbie's team and would work with them again

I don't remember precisely how Debbie and I started working together....she had introduced herself after I had started looking for an agent to sell the property, having realized I had no idea where to even start....I had stumbled on a website that eventually introduced her, so we had a phone call wherein she guided me on what steps we'd need to take to get things going. All along I thought 'boy is this gonna be a hassle', but every question that popped up, Debbie knew the answer immediately and she made it really easy to get things going. So I thought to myself, 'well this is actually going to be easy, since Deb knows exactly what has to be done'. Thus after probably 6 or 7 phone calls max, she had the pile of dirt I wanted to sell, all listed and we began waiting for a buyer. By the way, I live in Oregon and never've met her, but it didn't make a difference. She just took the reigns and sold the place, and not once did I feel like I did not have enough 'control' of all that was going on behind the scenes. It was really very cool and easy. I am thankful to God for His guidance in arranging all the details that took place, and those include getting Debbie as my agent. And a believing agent as well!! What a gift.

Debbie was amazing to work with and took care of all our needs. She helped coordinate with all parties which made everything go smoothly even when I was out of town.
