Debbie showed me 13 homes in 2 days. The home I bought was not on her list. We passed the house and saw it was for sale. She arranged for me to see it. She selected the inspector and accompanied him for the inspection. He did not do a good job. She did the walkthrough with me. The house was a wreck and Debbie said "That's the way people leave their homes when they move here." She did tenaciously deal with the seller's agent with getting things in place. The seller was not very cooperative.
