A few days later when I hired her she had already researched my house and had a suggested price which was higher than I had expected. I soon learned that she was knowledgeable, professional, hard-working, empathetic, helpful, cooperative and efficient. Within days she had had indoor, outdoor and overhead pictures taken. She then helped me get the house ready, even doing some of the preparations herself. She staged it simply and beautifully. The house was listed on a Friday and had a buyer on the following Monday. Debbie guided me through dealing with the Inspection Report, including advice, actual work and references to contractors, all of whom proved to do good work at a reasonable price. She always gave me copies of documents I had signed. She was there for every step and great to work with. The lender's appraiser agreed with Debbie's price and it closed at the end of that month. I couldn't have asked for a better realtor.

Debbie was wonderful in keeping the transaction moving along and getting to closing in a timely manner with a good knowledge of the area and comps. Debbie treated us like family. She was truthful (first of all), answered all our questions; gave us her opinion and then backed her opinion with believable stats. Did she agree with us 100% of the time? No. But that is what made her stand out from the rest as trustworthy. And when she didn't agree, she showed us the reasons why and then suggested alternatives. She was always available to answer our questions and the buyers questions. She was so responsive and is the sweetest person. We had a great experience!
