Do not use Debbie Sharp. There are plenty of other professional non-egotistical realtors to use on the peninsula. I can see now that at the time I hired her in June, 2020 she was representing 10 other properties, all more expensive than my condo in Belmont than one. No wonder she never picked up the phone when I called. I always had to make an appointment and there were times when she did not keep them. I sold my condo in 3 days after stopping the agreement. What did she do so wrong? I can’t list them all but here are a few: 1. I gave her instructions to keep a 10 shelf pantry but she got rid of it because she wanted to extend the dining room. 2. It was in the contract, that my $5,000 plantation shutters were to be saved but instructed them to be trashed when one was cracked in the removal process. 3. Charged me $7,000 for design and staging and when I pointed out the stagers damaged a couple of walls upon removing the furniture, she refused to do anything about it. Cost me >$1,000 to make repairs. 4. She left dead flowers on my balcony for all potential Buyers to see. Her pet phrase was “Stay in your lane” when I questioned her actions. Well, I am taking her to Court and reported her to the Dept. of Real Estate. Don’t use Debbie Sharp. There are plenty of other professionals you can choose from.
