Debbie has sold and marketed several properties for our building company over the years. She provides us the knowledge we need in choosing the right models and price points to strategically position us against other area communities. With her design background she even helps with interior selections! She is very professional, a hard worker, full of energy and we feel blessed to have her as part of our team.

I had lived in my home for over 20 years and Debbie was compassionate and understanding about how hard it was for me to sell. She guided me through the process, starting with preparing my home for the market ( she was actually hands on in this grueling task). There were many challenges that had to be faced as this was a manufatured home that hadn't been coverted to real property. We got through it and closed in time for me to honor the contract I was under on another property. She was amazing!
