Debbie Pidcock

We were house shopping from out of town and had some issues with non-responsive realtors. It was like they didn't want to be bothered with us. But then we found Debbie!! She exceeded all of our expectations. Debbie treated us like we were her ONLY client: She set aside time to spend with us, stayed in constant communication, was obviously working on our behalf outside of normal business hours, knew the area, knew the market, and had a ton of great ideas. Debbie was highly responsive to all calls, emails and texts and goes above and beyond what most realtors are willing or able to do. For example, when looking at mountain properties, before we asked she would call the county to confirm the well permits etc. She gives plenty of one on one attention. She would take us to look at mountain properties on evenings and weekends due to our work schedules. She grew up in the Fort Collins area and knows this area very well. She does not hesitate to advocate for her clients needs and reaches out to support to make sure she is providing accurate responses. She sold our house in less than a month and helped us find a property so our close dates were the same!
